About Me

At Ready to Launch Consulting, I believe every student deserves the tools, confidence, and support to thrive as they transition from high school to post-secondary life.

My own academic journey began at the University of Western Ontario, where I developed a strong foundation in psychology. I later earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University (NYU), deepening my expertise in human development, coaching, and performance.

Before founding this practice, I spent more than two decades in professional services, holding senior leadership roles at Deloitte and EY. There, I specialized in coaching, mentoring, and leadership development—helping individuals from young professionals to executives identify their strengths, build resilience, and thrive in high-pressure environments.

I chose to bring this experience into the education space because I am passionate about supporting students through one of life’s most important transitions. My approach is holistic: I provide practical guidance on academic pathways, applications, and post-secondary options, while also supporting the emotional readiness students need to succeed. By partnering with families, I help reduce stress and uncertainty, ensuring students feel equipped, resilient, and inspired to launch into their next chapter with confidence.
